I have worked with Lisa McNeil on a number of projects where she was the Director of Nursing and I was the Executive Director. I have found Lisa to be an expert in Clinical Practice and improving the quality of care and regulatory compliance. She is phenomenal at training clinical leadership in a building the right way to document care, care plan and working with an Inter disciplinary Team. She is a very good teacher at getting a team to work together for the common good of the facility and care of the residents. I have seen her dig into very chaotic situations and bring order to the chaos. She and I worked together on a building that was on Special Focus List with the State of Minnesota for over two years and within 7 months got the facility back in compliance and off the Special Focus List.
